Scheduling dependency tools could be more powerful.

Create rulebooks and perform team training early so users can all use it in a coherent manner.

What differentiates Tempo Portfolio Manager from other similar products?

The automated scheduling.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to automatically schedule tasks across multiple projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no inbuilt timer so I have to use Toggl Track alongside LiquidPlanner. Sometimes non-urgent tasks are scheduled ahead of urgent tasks for lower priority projects and it is difficult to adjust this. Sometimes it is difficult to access a task that I have worked on within the timesheet page. It is difficult to schedule projects and see resource availability over longer timeframes, e.g. across the year. Sometimes I have tried to enter vacation days in the resource planner and LiquidPlanner has moved them all by one day, for no apparent reason.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use it to keep track of multiple projects simultaneously, but it won't help much with planning work across year quarters, or for doing your timesheet.

What differentiates Tempo Portfolio Manager from other similar products?

Consistent upgrades and new features. Breadth of current features are worlds apart from other platforms we have used as a company. No frills, it does what you need it to do.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The predictive scheduling and ranged estimates. Both of these features really helps manage best and worst case scenarios and allows me to report worst case deliverables to clients and better manage expectations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some missing features from the Classic version, but I am promised they will be available on the new version soon!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Speak with the customer services team. They have so much knowledge on both versions of LiquidPlanner. The customer service is first class. Shout out to Doug Moscaret who is a product advisor, he helped us transition back to LiquidPlanner recently.
