What differentiates Tempo Portfolio Manager from other similar products?

Prior to LiquidPlanner, we had to manually enter project hours into our system. This prevented us from seeing which hours were dedicated to which tasks. Time management, project management, job assignment, and project time tracking are just a few of the advantages I've discovered while using LiquidPlanner. All of this has assisted us in keeping track of the tasks of each project separately, allowing us to identify areas that may be improved or modified in the future, allowing for increased efficiency. We were also able to ensure that all participants were included in the entire process from start to finish and that communication went well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

LiquidPlanner assists me and my coworkers in keeping all of our tasks on schedule. It's simple to observe how many hours are spent on different jobs now that we can record our daily hours per project. Because we may have numerous individuals working on the same project, we can see who accomplished what work and what still has to be done. Overall, it has simplified and streamlined the process of recording time. I enjoy how our company was completely on board with the capabilities and impact this sophisticated project management tool might have within a few months.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When I use LiquidPlanner, the program performs what I need it to do. When it comes to allocating new tasks to projects or logging the hours I've worked on those projects, it handles it all with easily and without incident. If anything, I'd recommend simplifying the software's user interface, as it may be difficult to go to certain features like checkboxes and other menus at times. However, when it comes to actively utilizing the program, this has not been an issue. Analytics and time sheets are two examples of things that do not appear to be obvious. However, I believe this is related to the structure of our business.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make an assessment of your organization's needs. If you have a process flow, make sure essential staff are present and work with them to implement it. I would suggest reviewing how you monitor project and task hours and considering how you may enhance this method. I would use the program for a few months to evaluate how Liquid Planner fits into your organization and what benefits it may provide.

What differentiates Tempo Portfolio Manager from other similar products?

Through the accomplishment of tasks and milestones, we can determine where the bottlenecks or issues with client projects occur. It's useful to be able to see a visual picture of ways to enhance the process or explain the timeframe to consumers as the process progresses. Looking at the project and block timelines helps us to understand the entire cost of the project and determine if we are on schedule for pricing, etc. We are able to fulfill our targets and really get more work done because to LiquidPlanner. We concluded that this kind of organizing and planning tool was just what we required.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate the ability to keep track of my daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities. The use of milestones to track project progress has been critical in assisting us in tracking important project aspects both during and after the project's conclusion. When working on various team responsibilities, I like being able to speak with other team members. Adding links to work or Google sheets is simple and makes our lives at work much easier. LiquidPlanner is precise and shows us where our resources are allocated. When we get a new project, we can assess when it can be completed in a couple of minutes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The client portal side could be better. It reveals too much data for us to use on our clients. It's not super colorful or creative in design. I would love for there to be other elements to catch my eye or for elements to stand out differently.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is an excellent resource for anyone who wants to keep track of their projects and procedures. If you're ready to take your business and organization to the next level, LiquidPlanner can help. The key to using any of these tools is to ensure that the data is current and correct.

What differentiates Tempo Portfolio Manager from other similar products?

The option to track all the ongoing projects really distinguishes it from other software’s. I like how efficient it makes everything for us. We have been getting done with projects very easily and quickly ever since we started using this application. It is an excellent modern day workload planning application

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how LiquidPlanner gives you tools to plan how things will go in future. It gives you progress report and keep you up to date with all your projects. Automatic adjustment and changing priorities of a project have become very important for us ever since we started using LiquidPlanner. I like how it lets us evaluate the best and worst case scenario.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Managing the number of tasks can also be challenging sometimes if you have a lot of procedures going on at the same time. I don’t like that I have to record daily tasks for team members who don’t get a seat. When we add a link, it takes you to another tab which is very frustrating.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

LiquidPlanner lets you effectively plan your projects and set priorities so you can make effective decisions. It helps you manage resources. LiquidPlanner is a must have, if you want to predict your project outcome and track your ongoing projects. It helps you make proactive decisions way ahead of the time instead of being reactionary when the problem arises.
