What is your favorite aspect of this product?

LiquidPlanner is the only place that makes my work easier. It puts a positive impact on our business growth. It includes great features like the ability to simply create dependencies between jobs, define priority by order, and avoid overburdening resources. Determining constrained resources based on their consumption across time allows for scheduling and subordination considerations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be useful to be able to send automatic reports to external email addresses. This feature, as well as the option to alert shareholders with reminders about approaching milestones, would be very appreciated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

LiquidPlanner allows you to assign tasks with an estimated time of completion. This is extremely useful because it allows you to keep track of how much you've assigned to a team or individual so that you don't assign them more than they can handle in a week.

Prior to utilizing LiquidPlanner, project tracking and updates were one of the most difficult components of my workflow since I had to rely on manual updates, which was time-consuming and exhausting because progress updates were critical to me, duplicating work should be avoided.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate how simple it is to start a project and distribute duties to various members of my team. LiquidPlanner is also very user-friendly and simple to use. It's really easy to explore and work through the many tasks, packages, folders, and users once you've set up a few projects. LiquidPlanner's automatic scheduling approach saves me a lot of time in my workflow. In this aspect, LiquidPlanner may automatically integrate modifications made over the course of the project in real time, which means I don't have to manually update to stay up with changes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My major annoyance with LiquidPlanner is that when you click on a link in a task, it takes you away from LiquidPlanner in the same browser tab, so you have to use the back arrow, which doesn't always take you back to the same position. I wish it would start a new tab and remember where it was in the project.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We enjoy LiquidPlanner; you won't be sorry to have such an easy-to-use system for arranging your work. I suggest this product primarily because it simplifies your workflow with updates, as well as because it saves time and provides convenience.

LiquidPlanner provides a single repository for everyone in our workplace to view what jobs are in the queue, what's coming up, and what everyone is working on. It's especially useful when someone is out of town or unwell and someone else has to do a task or two. We can provide precise data to our clients on where time was spent and how much work remained. Our morning meetings have been reduced from one hour and fifteen minutes to fifteen minutes. The morning meeting now focuses on what we're going to do that day, rather than what we've done and where we're going.

I have been using LiquidPlanner for years and honestly what I don't like is that sometimes the software becomes very slow and that creates delays in the workflow.

You must try it for several months to truly observe the impact on your business. It takes time to learn the best practices and choose what is best for your company. Don't be scared to call customer service; while they can't always answer questions right immediately, they are frequently eager to assist.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
