I will recommend the industry colleagues and peers to go for Telnyx CPaaS as it has best of all SMS, Call and Text APIs and customer and employee data management and efficiently controls all your communication channels.

Telnyx a great alternative to Twilio.

What differentiates Telnyx from other similar products?
Telnyx does not charge for incoming text messages unlike Twilio, great live voice support, multiple integrations including 3CX, Asterisk, Linphone, Third Lane, Vodia PBX, Zoiper, zenphi etc. It offers a very useful feature which is its call control feature.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Telnyx offers extensive connectivity, it allows us to make and receive calls with ease, we can send and receive SMS and MMS, it allows us to connect with clients through business-grade messages because WhatsApp is also available through the API.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I just like Telnyx.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I suggest Telnyx for organizations that want tighter communication channels and live support every day no matter the time.

What differentiates Telnyx from other similar products?
This Team just gets it! Their support is top-notch and is available 24/7/7 via chat ... they do respond. Their porting experience is by far the easiest and best one out there! The breadth of product and support wiki is very wide and their SIP trunking encompasses all 3 registrations --> IP/FQDN/Credential and it includes failover. 911 testing is possible. Reporting is very robust and it included full SIP traces per call and you have full history of your CDRs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Support, Support, Support. Transparency when something is wrong via chat and Status page. As a reseller, we are only as good as our suppliers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish I could say something here, but they have not disappointed me. Being a Canadian reseller they are also very keen on their expansion here and are adding more Canadian suppliers to increase their PORT-IN footprint that is already covering more than 90% of the Canadian rate centers - it is the only spot where this could be better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Start fast and scale. Price negotiations are very good with the key Sales team and really do care - irrelevant of size.
