The fact that this tool is scalable makes it unique and adapts to both small teams and large companies with numerous ongoing projects.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Since good customer support includes technical assistance, training, and constant platform updates, I love it a lot.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its time tracking features are limited, making it difficult for me to track time spent on tasks and projects
