Interface is dated. Company is not focusing on its core product

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

More feature rich than you may realize. Company doesn’t understand ITIL workflows, limited customizations. Much better than the starter products like zendesk, not nearly as good as servicenow or sysaid

Teamsupport has designs that are immediate to understand unlike other similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like most about it is that it's suitable to many users and also attainable since it's price is friendly. Also I like how customer management and ticket is easy with it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Teamsupport ensure that customers need are heard and solved immediately,I have no dislike towards it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It helps support feedback,self help, ticketing, chatting you should give it a try
