What differentiates TeamDynamix PPM from other similar products?
A cloud-based platform for IT service management (ITSM) and project portfolio management (PPM) with enterprise integration & automation is called TeamDynamix. This platform may be readily customized to fit your goals and methodology without the need for coding, regardless of whether you are just getting started with ITIL or a best-in-class ITIL shop.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The IT service management system from TeamDynamix is quite reliable. I adore the improvement to the message box where I can also add bold letters to my notes and when sending texts to clients where I can bold the relevant parts. I particularly enjoy that you can link files and videos to the work package.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's difficult to mass update orders, and when they open in a new window by default, it can be frustrating. Since I have many open work orders, opening new windows won't be of much help. I would prefer for the work order to open in a new tab automatically.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
By going farther, we will be able to begin automating various IT on-boarding and off-boarding procedures, which will free up a few of our time. We can assist our customers get quickly set up with important areas like a self-service portal, knowledge base, IT asset management, project management, and automation by offering white-glove service at a lesser cost.

What differentiates TeamDynamix PPM from other similar products?
The platform is more solid. One can easily attach files for the work order. The upgrade are quite impressive.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With this platform there is ease in process automation. Adding data fields make reporting quite more effective.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The platform is not much customizable since increased number of groups brings alot of complexity.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For effective workflows and tasks manipulation this platform is the best to concider.

What differentiates TeamDynamix PPM from other similar products?
TD has very cool integration options. It is easy to customize and integrate with other tools. We integrate it with our video conferencing tools as well as with Microsoft SharePoint. It is fast and easy to upload photos and files on the platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
TeamDynamix PPM allows us to easily direct information to other users or groups that we need. We can automate processes, edit files(add data) and make ticketing and reporting better. TD can effectively track allocation of resources and build detailed reports on the same.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The day to day functionalities on TeamDynamix PPM could be improved.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It provides a solid platform where team members can collaborate on projects and create an amazing sketch of the project and allocate the appropriate resources.
