Teamdynamix provides an easy collaboration platform and promotes team work with the company, projects and tasks are completed on time

The fact that my team and I can collaborate and share ideas all in one platform, tracking the progress of an ongoing project is easy and the software is very interactive and self explanatory

We evaluate many products but this was good and easy to fit in the business requirements easy to learn and end users adopt it very easily I am delighted that my team response was very good about this product

The User Facing elements are well constructed and seem to make sense to our users.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Reporting could be a lot more intuitive. It is powerful but not always easy to understand/use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider what existing products in your environment can be easily integrated into this ITSM tool.
