What differentiates TeamDynamix ITSM from other similar products?
A robust solution that integrates knowledge base features for quality end user self service. It helped us to integrate our business applications, systems management and IT tools all in one platform, A highly-functional product that is able to support multiple devices and quality reporting and end-user support.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Intuitive interface that makes it easy of use. Ease of implementation. Ease of IT administration. Quality features. Easy to customize. Quality training.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing to dislike about TeamDynamix features and its functionalities, the tool is easy to use and get started with much less efforts. It is easy to customize its knowledge base and integrates well with other IT tools in use. I like the availability of quality end user training and support.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A Powerful solution that is going to improve your level of IT service delivery and will drive to better project outcomes within your organization. Easy to use and to implement with lots of incredible features and multi-device capabilities.

What differentiates TeamDynamix ITSM from other similar products?
Full suite of ITSM/ESM applications, excellent implementation methodology, implementation led by Team Dynamix-no need to engage or pay a third party system integrator, excellent customer service, significantly less cost for implementation and licensing as compared to competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use and administration. Flexibility.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing I dislike, however reporting engine could be enhanced to more than tabular reports with minimal visualizations (charts and graphs).
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Team Dynamix is an excellent "starter kit' for organizations looking to get started with ITSM/ESM. The barrier to entry from a cost and complexity perspective is low. Ease of implementation and use accelerates maturity within ITSM/ESM. Due to architecture and depth of the platform, Team Dynamix can scale to accommodate growth.
