Versatile tool which strengthens overall platform

What differentiates TeamDynamix iPaaS from other similar products?
Easy to understand user interface and tool which also offers lower-level technical capabilities to solve/develop more complex solutions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The toolset offers the capability to overcome complex needs which the delivered TDx may not be able to fully support. The ability to develop solutions for performing automated interactions between/within systems based on triggering events in one of the systems.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We are still learning the power of the application. At this time, nothing sticks out.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A fantastic complimentary toolset for TDx as well as a handy tool to automate actions within/between applications.

Great product with a lot of capability

What differentiates TeamDynamix iPaaS from other similar products?
I have only used Microsoft's PowerAutomate which is the closest thing I can think of. iPaaS is more intuitive and makes it easier to connect on premise resources, which you can do in PowerAutomate but you have to jump through way too many hoops. PowerAutomate is better than iPaaS at integrating with MS products (obviously) but iPaaS is much better at flow building and parsing information.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of building flows and connecting to systems I need to. I feel like i'm a programmer now but i'm not programming with code.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish the security features were more granular such as allowing users or disallowing users from seeing certain connectors. I know withing apps you can bar users from seeing certain credentials but it's also nice with connectors to build the credentials in so you don't have to worry about them, but we can't do that as we expand outside of IT as we don't want users to have too much access. Some flows need certain things only IT can do and we don't want to sacrifice security. Another alternative that iPaaS can't do is have flows talk to flows outside of it's own app.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider what you want, what you're doing now and if it would be beneficial and save your org time and money. iPaaS is amazing but it's not a solution for everything. I use iPaaS for everything I can but it's not always the necessary solution.
