What differentiates TeamDynamix iPaaS from other similar products?

We have had multiple tools over the years to automate provisioning and deprovisioning student and employee network and email accounts. iPaaS is the simplest to deploy, easiest to use, and has the best functionality that we have found so far. Very reliable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have not found anything to dislike about this product yet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a great tool that can ease the automation of many tasks like provisioning and deprovisioning network and email accounts and sending out notifications based (e.g., account renames, warning account will be deleted on a specific date based on last date attended a class, etc.).

The value it adds to the Teamdynamix ticketing system.

The learning curve and the lack of resources.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Talk with other people within your industry that is using iPaaS to get the full story and not just talk to the sales team. There are things they can only be learned once you start to implement and develop.

The people that work at this company are sharp. They care about quality, they listen to you and your needs and provide solutions that work!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

iPaaS, it does everything and more.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be difficult to grasp at first, I wish there were a "training wheels" version - but that's where the people that work here come in. Engage with them and you'll learn what you need!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Buckle up, enjoy the ride and meeting some great people while learning an advanced integration platform.
