Easy to use, good integration with ITSM tool.

What differentiates TeamDynamix iPaaS from other similar products?

In the case of the University of Oregon, the tight integration with our TeamDynamix ITSM was essential.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The visual design of scripts and the ability to test scripting steps in "real-time" with live data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to see more detailed knowledge base articles on how to accomplish operations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are using the TeamDynamix ITSM application, iPaaS is a great fit. While the visual design and drag-and-drop development operations are excellent, it still takes a person with some software/systems development experience to create scripts/flows. "Business" oriented people may not be able to create meaningful automation flows, so ensure you have staff that can analyze, design, and implement business activity flows.

What differentiates TeamDynamix iPaaS from other similar products?

Single interface to accomplish integration tasks and build flows (connectors) that can be used without expert experience in programming/integrations (although it helps of course!)

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The integration of iPaaS with existing features/modules.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The initial learning curve is steep and requires FTE to fully leverage the product effectively.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure you have the supporting infrastructure and technical personnel (with appropriate access) prior to moving forward with implementation.
