What differentiates Tango Reserve by AgilQuest from other similar products?

The customer service is far above and beyond most companies. Real people who own their product, and want to find an answer or solution as much as you do. Often when I'm looking for something specific, if they don't have something already created (report wise) they're willing to build it, usually responding "Chances are, someone else is looking for the same thing." That's amazing customer service.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use. I have seen many people walk in off the streets and be able to use the system with no training whatsoever, it's that intuitive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't think this is a product issue, but integration upgrades with certain platforms are always a tad painful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Many programs will brag about their product and their customer service, this team doesn't, they don't need to. Their customers will do it for them.
