What differentiates Tango Reserve by AgilQuest from other similar products?

- All in one solution for workspace management instead of just desk and meeting bookings. This is the first product i've experienced that allows you to analyse workspace trends - like whats the busiest day in the office etc. - Has a lot of support for remote and hybrid policies - such as allowing you to see whose currently in the office - Reporting dashboards are highly customisable

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

- I really like the analytics as it allows you to maximise office space and resources based on things like booking trends, and demand for resources at different times of the day/week - I also really like the Microsoft integration as I use Outlook a lot. Meaning my meetings can be associated with the correct information about spaces and bookings for my team. - Cloud based, meaning it has significantly less costs than legacy alternatives

What do you dislike most about this product?

- Nothing specific, just a few UI related things which make the product look outdated even though its not. Like, especially the mobile integration and certain dialog boxes and buttons on the website/portal

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

- Test User Experience - related to the UI points mentioned above - I usually would be reluctant to use something if its difficult to use/look at - The analytics/reporting aspect of this product is quite unique and useful, so I would suggest leveraging it. - Of course, if the cost is best suited for your business and needs - It's cloud based, so ensure you have the necessary infrastructure in place to support it. Naturally this would come with all the overhead needed to maintain it, i.e. user permissions, system integrations, deployment management (with CICD or not etc)

What differentiates Tango Reserve by AgilQuest from other similar products?

Smooth and easy to manage room booking at office. Excellent customer support .

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can book my room for meeting in just few clicks .

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes mobile app hangs while viewing calendar format to see the booking.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Easy and efficient to use doesn't need much training, makes my work easy avoiding any last minute rush. Its recommended for organizations -its a good tool.

It has simplified our logistic process and has been proven great in optimizing the workplace.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The product is really flexible in terms of managing the workspace, provides easy and quick way in booking conference room.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Tool should automatically check-out the person from the room if the person has not entered in the conference room in certain time frame.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Easy and flexible tool for the employees. I really recommend this tool for conference booking.
