What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Notifications are one of those handy TalentLMS features for keeping instructors and learners in the loop. With this new notifications addition, we have improved communication in our ILT sessions considerably

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some management tasks in TalentLMS can get quite repetitive and time consuming, especially if they involve doing the exact same thing for multiple users

By using TalentLMS powerful content creation, and re-use functionality, reporting, user administration and course management tools, you get perfect control of your training program and easy automation of all kinds of manual tasks

What differentiates TalentLMS from other similar products?

TalentLMS is a well designed tool that encourages learning at all age groups. Learning content can be designed to include animation, audio, videos and interactive quizzes. This is instrumental in keeping the modules or courses engaging and informative. TalentLMS also has features that allows Learners to be assessed and evaluated. Progress rates can be monitored and trends identified on learning rates.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of TalentLMS is that it is easy to use and guaranteed to promote learning and development. Notifications and reminders can be scheduled for Learners to complete courses. Gamification makes learning exciting, with customized certificates that can be automatically issued to Learners who successfully completed courses.

What do you dislike most about this product?

TalentLMS is an excellent and cost effective Learning Management Tool that can be used to improve communications and in-house expertise. I have been using this tool for over 4 years, and have not encountered any features that need improving.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If someone is considering TalentLMS, I would encourage them to give it a go. A free version is available so that the User can have a feel of the product and explore its features. Courses are professionally designed and can incorporate audio, video and animation to keep it interesting. Gamification is cleverly incorporated where users can generate points for courses completed. This keeps it competitive, engaging and fun. User progress can be analysed, and well as interaction with course content. Courses can also be evaluated and feedback garnered. There are time saving features that makes this tool incredible, such as automation.

What differentiates TalentLMS from other similar products?

It is a great complement to our management team due to our onboarding processes and ongoing training of our team to ensure that everyone has access to available training resources at all times as well as documenting as many processes as possible to audit them to ensure they are as efficient as possible and to train new employees.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It helps us a lot to track the progress of the training and determine the competence of the new employees in handling the tasks by themselves and the creation of the training by the selected members through the software is amazing, it allows us to save time by having a program capable of storing videos and passages explaining how to complete certain tasks or use different applications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A tool for creating folders for the organization of subjects and adding a larger sidebar that could display all subjects, topics and assignments at a glance with drop down menus for better interface experiences and less cluttered processes in general would be helpful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We recommend it because of good experiences when developing a sales process. We looked at different options and found TalentLMS to be the easiest to use and implement and the incorporation that saves a manager hours of time, which in turn saves money, and provides a cascade of information to the new employee in a short period of time which creates high expectations for us in the future.
