How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

Tableau is a great data-visualization tool
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Tableau from other similar products?
Since no one has ever been fired for proposing Tableau, I think it's safe to assume that it meets all of your analytics requirements, works with your preferred database(s), and is a safe bet. It is challenging to create an analytics system from scratch. While there are decent libraries available for displaying analytical data, using a graphical user interface to explore the data and construct the visualization is a far more efficient approach to producing high-quality analytics.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Helpful for making reports, dashboards, and narratives with the use of graphical representations of data. In addition, the dashboards and workbooks you make may be shared both internally and outside. Tableau's built-in connection options make it easy to connect to a wide variety of databases and data warehouse technologies, including the ones we use—Redshift and Athena—to create visual representations of data and charts for daily use in our firm.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Tableau is still difficult to learn and difficult to connect to other programs. While we appreciate Tableau's improved security in recent releases, we found it to be exceedingly challenging to integrate with other solutions. In addition, an ETL solution is needed to convert the database into a common ODBC-compliant format that Tableau can understand while working in a data lake.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The system can process massive amounts of information. The abundance of data can be reduced by creating a filter at the source level. In this way, information from several sources may be compiled into one convenient location.

Tableau is a great tool for Dashboard creation
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Tableau from other similar products?
Tableau helped us manage our large data sets optimally due to its ease of use and great intuitiveness. Rich in features to import, export, analyze data and generate reports with incredible ease. Displaying data in various graphs, charts and maps is a valuable feature that makes everything look better. This is not seen in any other of BI tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like about Tableau is that it's easy for users to navigate the platform and visualize a variety of data from different sources through its intuitive dashboards without any hassle. I like that its interface is very intuitive and that it allows to import data from different formats. Its report builder is great, and the data representations include tables, charts, and maps, which I find great.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Tableau doesn't offer formatting freezes and has to reselect filters over and over, which is more time consuming and can be a mistake.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a simple yet powerful BI tool. It gives users the privilege to be able to organize data and a fascinating view of it through its dashboards. Its analytics capabilities are amazing, as is its report generator.
Pros
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Caring
- Generous Negotitation
