What differentiates Tableau from other similar products?

I have not seen other products from vendors, only internal in-house developments.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy to customise reports and create new ones.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When I try to download the data in excel.

It is really useful. I would recommend it.
