What differentiates Tableau from other similar products?

Even individuals with little specialist knowledge may easily display the data they want to see if it is tied to DWH and kept to a specific level. Although if you do not really comprehend SQL, you can utilize it. Because it changes automatically, there is no need to re-create tables and charts. Because the report is delivered by email, it is simple to share the freshly formed perspective with the team. My understanding of BI tools is limited, yet no other tool is more useful as an analytical tool. This has allowed us to gain a high-level view of the organization in a fast way while simultaneously doing extensive analysis

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

To develop a visually appealing dashboard, you may report and analyze data from several sources. The dashboard promotes visual comprehension and simple operation, and the barriers to seeing the presented information are minimal. We create a management data dashboard and automatically distribute it to members of management, which allows management to immediately understand the company's status. Tableau is used to generate a dashboard that highlights normal and somewhat higher level data, while the source data is exported from Tableau and the comprehensive analysis is performed in Excel.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When several DBs are connected, the movement is fairly hefty. (It looks to be linked to a massive amount of data, but it has the potential to freeze.) It is difficult to change the appearance

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Useful for expressing the state of the firm in a timely and intelligible manner. This value is utilized as a reference during planning and development. Acceptance of the agreement is now easy. Automating numerical reporting to linked parties (automated mail report) reduces effort. It assists management in quickly grasping the corporate environment and considering relevant solutions by providing a dashboard of management data that is regularly examined and automatically distributed to members of management. Tableau makes more sense than Excel for constructing dashboards that incorporate several data sources.
