Best for predictive analysis. Processing of complex data sets. Great UI/UX.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use and implement. Can record data and analysis within a short period of time. Can manage and communicate with several clients at the same time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Requires intense training to fully understand all features. No clearly defined documentation. Metadata not very clear.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When you are dealing with a huge customer base you need this tool to manage customers and sales tracking.

Great interactive dashboards. Easy to use and configure. Ability to integrate with different data sources.

Lack of AI features. Ability to execute sql queries.

I haven't used many other products for BI but Tableau is reasonably usable for the everyday knowledge worker

Dashboards updated in near real time

What do you dislike most about this product?

Can be hard to search / find existing dashboards

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Tableau has been super helpful. Just make sure you have someone to own the application and provide a vision for the users
