What differentiates Tableau CRM Analytics from other similar products?
I have no idea. Perhaps SF has a larger advertising budget.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
A repository for notes, comments, even recorded conference calls. It's easy to add notes, etc
What do you dislike most about this product?
My problems with the product have nothing to do with the product. It's my companies policies that are a problem for me.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go. Get it. Buy it. Make sure you have ;purchased enough licenses
