What differentiates Tableau CRM Analytics from other similar products?
I am really good at managing my Lead. I can keep an eye on every lead and, for better management, I can allocate a certain lead to a specific sales agent. I can get reports that meet my needs, which makes my work easier and boosts productivity.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I suggest using the sales cloud to boost sales and manage sales on a single screen within reports and dashboards. The sales team can handle everything with all customers on a single screen, which helps to enhance sales.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The order object and the quote are not connected in any way. As a result, we must generate an order independently; yet, the order is related to the contract. In order to practice, cpq must also be permitted in the developer edition.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We are able to manage all leads coming from various sources, including campaigns and the web. From the reports and dashboard, we may create graphs. Additionally, we may manage products utilizing the sales cloud's assets object. Using opportunity objects, we can quickly track client requests.

Highly interactive interface. A variety of dashboards implementation. Enables complex calculations and computations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Predictive analysis hence easy resource application. Does both analytics and reporting. Great as integration with other tools is enabled.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Cannot be integrated with some applications. Lack of quality training. Metadata is not clearly defined.
