What differentiates Tableau CRM Analytics from other similar products?
This is a major step in our plan to eliminate traditional reporting and make Salesforce our company's data hub. For the time being, we are only using it to replace our previous reports and to acquire raw statistics. Our long-term goal is to make this our primary analytics platform for studying patterns and making predictions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One issue I have with it is that clicking on a link in the information article takes you to a different tab, which means you lose hours of work since you are either signed out or disconnected from Salesforce. As an additional issue that requires improvement, it takes a few minutes for responses from clients or emails to show up, and you have to refresh several times before you can see them. This causes customers frustration, especially when you're in the middle of a talk with a customer.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is an excellent application that displays reports nicely for modest data amounts and on-the-go dashboards. The product's learning curve is steep, although it's not quite as steep as some other data visualization tools. The simplest approach to utilize the tool is to integrate it into an existing Salesforce platform. I advocate this method above others that report on top of Salesforce data.

What differentiates Tableau CRM Analytics from other similar products?
Making data visualization simpler by integrating tableau analytics with it has already helped to simplify everything and assisted in automation. It is simple to manage and update data on it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Salesforce is a cloud-based CRM solution, thus there is no need to keep up with databases and systems. we don't have to be concerned about security when using it from any place. You may consolidate all of your company's data in one location and use its built-in features to streamline your operations. There are numerous customizing and automation options offered by the Salesforce sales cloud. It's also possible to integrate it with other clouds, making it, in my opinion, one of the better solutions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When you have a lot of background processes and extremely complicated business logic, the organization tends to become sluggish.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The built-in capabilities of Salesforce greatly aid in this, and on top of that, customization helped to match the unique requirements of each customer in terms of UI, backend logic, and database. We also created a service cloud integration, which aids in the post-sale process.
