What differentiates Swimlane from other similar products?

Swimlane is very customizable and can stand out from others with the ease of being able to make it your own.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to make the tools work the way you want it to and fix things you find.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike how often the service goes down and how it can sometime be unstable to work with at times.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend finding if you need a tool that can be customized easily to your liking or if you need a tool fully set up for yourself.

I love the personalization Swimlane offers

What differentiates Swimlane from other similar products?

I am able to set up my own reports and it works with our SIEM, Elastic, flawlessly. Support from Swimlane is always prompt and we rarely have downtime that significantly affects our work. Any bugs found can be reported and new features are constantly being developed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is the various amount of integrations,

What do you dislike most about this product?

Wish there was more training for the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take the time to learn the product and understand its features early on. It takes some time to get used to, but once you are accustomed to Swimlane, it makes processes and flows easier.
