What differentiates Sumo Logic Cloud SOAR from other similar products?

The Open Integration Framework facilitates the orchestration of the multiple tools used in a typical SOC. The Playbook section is powerful, effective, and totally customizable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Playbook and the integrations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The documentation does not cover all the functions of the platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To include all the Sumo Logic products (CIP an CSE).
