What differentiates SugarCRM from other similar products?

Sugar CRM is being used in our company in the sales area, it is a great management software for the relationship with our customers as it allows us to evaluate metrics and potential customers that may approach our organization, we try to capture these people thanks to this tool and the productivity of our team has been increasing. Its cloud-based system grants the opportunity to keep our products and services close to the customer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is highly customizable adapting to any environment and employee, its ability to capture potential customers helps our sales executives a lot, when it comes to exporting files it works quite well. Great management of content and sales opportunities among our employees, helping the development and optimization of the company, as it also does with reporting and statistics that transmits in each search.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface leaves much to be desired, it is not very intuitive and difficult to use, it requires prior training to employees to be able to implement the tool without so many problems. The user experience is a bit slow compared to other CRMs we have used in the company. Appointment scheduling can be cumbersome at times which wastes our time and that of our customers, however it works well overall.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a good CRM that can still improve a lot, especially aimed at small and medium sized companies that want to start in the world of customer acquisition, quite useful as long as you have previous training when it comes to implement it. If you want to keep track of your customers and keep them informed of your products and services, it is a great option that also allows you to synchronize it to the phone, although sometimes this option can leave much to be desired.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Items that should be removed remain, or an error occurs, making it a bit useless, its customizable messages take time to add. No more comments against it to add.

SugarCRM perfect for our sales

What differentiates SugarCRM from other similar products?

We are using this program to improve our customer service and make our sales both on the website, messaging, email and social networks, in a more efficient and automatic way. I like that everything is centralized and from the same control panel, when we log in, we can see the requests and requirements of our customers from different channels.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows us to see an overview of each account with each customer and thus know which customers are closer to closing sales and which ones need more time. It also has a large database and efficient filters to make a correct segmentation of customers, with the characteristics we need.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The program can be a bit difficult to understand and manage at first, due to its many tools. The price can also be expensive for some companies, since the more tools you need, the more the price goes up. Sometimes the program slows down and takes a long time to return the customer information that is required.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a very complete crm that can serve perfectly for any department of the company, from finance to marketing. Although its learning curve is high, it is certainly worth learning and get the most out of all its functions, because in particular, our company has helped us a lot to improve customer service and increase our sales.
