This CRM is very easy to use, it meets the specific needs of our organization and is less expensive compared to other products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is simple to use and allows to easily manage larga data. Very user friendly design.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing I dislike so far.

We have compared with other CRM's and this one is the best so far for us.

What differentiates SugarCRM from other similar products?

The difference from other collaboration tools is the ease of use, it has a wide extension to generate custom reports. The integration of the areas of marketing, sales and customer service is unified in order to make the germienta powerful, generating high value from all customer information.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very friendly collaboration tool for the use of customer service users, easy to use and unify customer information. Easy to manage and to be able to generate customized reports.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far so good, I don't have a major dislike with the tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This tool is recommended for being a complete CRM that can integrate different areas of an organization to have unified customer information and to be able to manage it quickly. In some way to manage, customer service costs can be minimized by being able to transfer the call to a self-service portal where the customer can solve their queries, the user is shown on a single screen all the information that is required for attention is efficient and fast. All the attention is prioritized according to the SLA, the best thing that the tool can be omnichannel that all communication is centralized in one place.

What differentiates SugarCRM from other similar products?

The platform has a very friendly graphical interface, which facilitates management and quick learning. Sales are faster, organizational information is more accurate, and integration of different departmental processes are better. The flow of information is perfect; carrying out processes, follow-up, completion, and finalization is excellent. The tool is very friendly; some add-ons must be licensed, but to start with, it is beneficial. Native integration with other platforms is not complicated; this helps us to enhance our processes. The support team is very responsive; you get a quick answer if something is not working well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sugar is a strong CRM with many advanced features that improves the company processes. It is easy to use and maintance, it is continually enhancing. SugarCRM can be adapted very easy to the individual needs for a company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface could be a little bit more attractive and simple to use. It could be a little slower sometimes. Partner network could be better in central america. The dashboard could improve the graphs. Documentation could be better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The tool is awesome, it is easy to use, and if you have the right provider, the implementation is fast and transparent. Feel free to contact your local supplier for a demo, you can request a trial with the manufacturer to test all the functionality of the tool. SugarCRM improves the internal processes of the company and makes it closer to the customers.
