What differentiates Stackify Retrace from other similar products?

It is a product with a more affordable price, but it has a little more complexity in installation and configuration than other similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The amount of information tracked helps us a lot in solving problems.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do not give up installing / configuring if you experience problems during these processes. The final result impresses and helps a lot

Easy to integrate and nice customer support

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to integrate and customer support is very good. There was some problem in node and we were unable to add our server in stackify. The team helped and updated us about the patch release. We updated the version and were successfully able to add in monitoring.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing so far

What differentiates Stackify Retrace from other similar products?

For us, Stackify Retrace really provided the insight we needed into performance and scalability of our .NET web services. Their support has been extremely helpful at every step -- even early on when we had problems that they hadn't seen before. We worked directly with their engineering team to get things solved. Since then (several years later) Stackify continues to deliver value for us.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This allows developers of any skill level to view real time performance monitoring data in just a few clicks; it's now indispensable for us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing we've really worked on is building in support to collect frontend javascript errors; we just built a little endpoint and collect those on the server and then send them up to Stackify. Works great.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Jump in and try it; your application might seem fast now but you can really start to see areas where you can improve performance. We move from 5 second load times to under 1 second load times consistently across large organizations.
