What differentiates Square POS from other similar products?

I've used Square POS for a long time, and it originally started out as an easy, intuitive program, but has since added so many extra things that I've lost track of my basic needs in it all.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the customization so it fits my brand and company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the multiple apps and programs needed to do the basics; I feel like I can't find things very easily anymore and like things constantly change.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take the time to get to know the whole program!

A full solution that is easy to build and connect in your store. Great reporting tools and a decent mobile app

What differentiates Square POS from other similar products?

Square POS is an all-in-one solution that easy to use. It has a wide integration system for most business needs with amazing customer engagement.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Square POS is it's various features, such as inventory management, sales reporting, and customer engagement tools, are often praised for their user-friendly design.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My most disliked aspect of Square POS is the customer support. 1. The response time is often longer than desired often being over a 15 min wait. 2. Lack of phone support when sometimes I'd like to speak to a representative.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

1. Take advantage of training resources which offers a variety of training materials, tutorials, and resources to help users make the most of their POS system 2. Stay up-to-date with the newest features as Square regularly introduces updates and new features to its POS system.
