What differentiates Sprinklr Social from other similar products?

Sprinklr offers all round functionality and more when it comes to social media management ranging from listening , moderation, advertising and analytics

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One can get their social team together on board on Sprinklr to allow them do things such as content creation, customer care and posting. The case management service allows one to group complaints and questions from different social media platforms that are the same into one category so one can tend to them as a group not as individuals which can be exhausting. Sprinklr can access almost every social media platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing so far we dislike about Sprinklr .

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend Sprinklr to any organization that want to manage their social media effectively while remaining relevant.
