What differentiates Sprinklr Social from other similar products?

Sprinklr is one of the best tools for social media listening and asset management of the social media management of your business profile. I haven't seen better asset management in any other platform compared to the sprinklr.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Regarding asset management of your social media handles, I think sprinkr does it best. It has very fast data fetching options. Social listening is very very vast as it covers a lot of platforms which make it quite comprehensive while being on the one platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think Sprinklr is loaded with features which makes it awesome obviously but it also make it quite complex. You need a proper hands on experience of Sprinklr to create a dashboard. Yes their support team is good but still 3-4 lectures to create one basic dashboard is too much which can be done in a much simpler way

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

you just need a lot of time integrating it, Once its integrated this will be good and comprehensive tool for Social media.

What differentiates Sprinklr Social from other similar products?

In my experience, they did an amazing job of making themselves available for client questions and issues. While the app's functions don't differ too much from other social media management tools, it's great to know that there's always someone available when you run into a roadblock.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Their client service support is one of the best I've ever experienced in the industry, from onboarding to any issues you may encounter during your work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are some things you still have to do natively through Twitter, for example, but you'll run into that with pretty much any social media tool. There are no serious areas where Sprinklr is lacking in capabilities.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

While there may not be too many groundbreaking features, Sprinklr is dependable and has some of the best client services people I've ever worked with. Definitely worth your consideration!
