What differentiates Sprinklr Social from other similar products?

Quite expensive compared to other tools. Sprinklr is definitely one of the most expensive tools we've used in our organization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Lead generation, targeted advertising, and customer service can all be accomplished with it. Super advanced functions, customizable, and really help to make my work much easier.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The occasional slow loading time

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You should try once to check it's advance features and hope you would like it

What differentiates Sprinklr Social from other similar products?

An outstanding customer support team is what sets this program apart from the competition. And it's a breeze to include this tool into your existing social media management workflow.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sprinklr Social Engagement's robust post, message, and publication tools met all of our team's requirements. It was challenging for us to learn how to upload information that would work properly on all of the various social networking sites we use. We have been able to more accurately plan for and execute our social media strategy with the help of Sprinklr Social Engagement. Our social lives have been greatly facilitated by the approval process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's important to make good use of the dashboards' flexible design. Some of the time, though, all the bells and whistles just make our audience more confused and make it harder to get our point across. Thank goodness, we have access to the entire Sprinklr team 24/7 for assistance.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This tool comes highly recommended because to its user-friendliness, extensive reporting and analytics capabilities, and comprehensive support for all major social media platforms.

What differentiates Sprinklr Social from other similar products?

It's unique in comparison to other programs because of how quickly, accurately, and effectively it works.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Thanks to the convenience of scheduling content across many channels at once, we were able to produce a lot more content in the past year. In addition, we can track the sentiment of our community with the use of the platform's in-built listening dashboards without having to visit each separate platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not a whole lot that bothers us about the system. With so many options, getting up to speed on Sprinklr might be a challenge, but the team behind it has created a wealth of training materials and support channels to get you up and running quickly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This application comes highly recommended by me due to the fact that it provides users with a variety of marketing possibilities and is both safe and dependable.
