What differentiates Sprinklr Social from other similar products?

Sprinklr is successfully able to collect and moderate data from over fifteen social platforms in real time, including social media platforms , review platforms and online forums. This makes Sprinklr effective for identifying social trends that may be beneficial or detrimental to our products and services.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sprinklr makes it easier to aggregate social interactions and activity across multiple platforms to identify individualized customer interaction with our product and services, across different platforms. This contributes to my organization effectively personalizing our marketing approach to conform with identified customer behavior and fairly accurately predict the potential actions of our customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sprinklr sentimental analysis functionality is weak because it struggles to properly identify subtle or complex emotions and this forces us to get involved in extra validation of data gotten from Sprinklr's sentimental analysis . Customized validation or filtering of reports provided by Sprinklr is difficult to accomplish.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is important to identify the biggest strengths of Sprinklr including centralizing analytics from social platforms, or analyzing benchmarked competitor content in real time.

What differentiates Sprinklr Social from other similar products?

I like that it is great for enterprises that might want to suggest content to other areas of the company. Hootsuite does not have a good way to do this.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the suggestions feature. It saves me a lot of time finding content.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be a lot to learn at first since there are so many modules. After you figure out which ones you REALLY need, it's much easier.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go through trainings to see if you need software at this level. It can do a ton of things, but you may not need all of them. Do a list of all of the things you need first, then find the solution that fits those.
