Compared to other CRM's used, RSS has more customisable functions than other similar products

How easy it is for data to be input into the system and reports ran
What do you dislike most about this product?
It may be that I've not looked into it yet, but an easy to use app for use on the go would be far more beneficial.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Have the RSS team input all your data when the system is set up for you.
