What differentiates Spotler CRM from other similar products?
IT was really easy to set up and customize to mirror our specific sales process. I was up and using it to track leads within a day or two.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Make customizable reports to look at the funnel in different ways.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the customizations I would like to make are not available to me.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Have a clear understanding of your sales process before setting up the CRM. Having detailed the sales process/flow will make setting up the CRM easier and provide more meaningful reports.

For me, a small business owner, it's perfect. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of more expensive CRMs but I don't need them. Really Simple Systems gives me what I need at an affordable price.
