What differentiates Splunk SOAR from other similar products?

Splunk SOAR leverages the use of Python, and exiting Use Case /runbooks that get you off to a good start without to much bother. The. learning curve is initially not steep, especially is using ore-written. run books. Very easy to modify. the. underlying python code and write new run books as a result tuned to specific Data. models and Security requirements.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Good clean interface, and relatively intuitive to use, if you have any programming experience with python, setting up run books is straightforward.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No dislikes as such, but sometimes it takes a bit of searching under Splunk.com to get to the correct technical support

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product integrates with the Splunk Ad-hoc and Enterprise Security suite in a straight forward manner, and makes sense if needing to implement Cyber Security automation. Phantom can integrate with other Cyber Security products, not just Splunk Enterprise. There is a Phantom free trial and good supporting documentation.
