What differentiates Splunk SOAR from other similar products?

One of the most liked SOAR solution I'm using. the key point are being Automated playbooks, intelligence and case management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Well as I work a consultant my fav ones are case management & playbooks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

nothing serious so far. a little bit of documentations on plugins are always welcome, if splunk can look into those.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

well so far I've more than 15 clients running some versions of splunk with my recommendations. and I've never got a angry call so yeah, I recommend for those who knows what they need and understands the initial chaos.

What differentiates Splunk SOAR from other similar products?

Splunk soar is a beast. We heavily rely on Splunk for automating repetitive tasks and improving the incident report capabilities. It helps us automate manual tasks, in depth diagnostics and respond fast and accordingly increasing our efficiency.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how fast we are able to respond to threats. Splunk provides us quality automation enabling us identify security issues and act in time. It also allows us to identify major security outbreaks with log analysis and reporting. It provides flexible deployment for both on premise and hybrid environments.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The predictive models have been inaccurate a few times. Other than this I haven't encountered any cons with Splunk.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Splunk soar is the best for organizations that focus on security and prioritize errors and threats. The learning curve is simple and the training program provides a great amount of documentation.

What differentiates Splunk SOAR from other similar products?

The best thing about Splunk SOAR is it's automation capabilities. Being very easy to use, you can easily automate any process or tasks that takes long hours to do manually.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best part of this tool is that is very easily integratable to any cloud native software making it the ideal candidate as it is one size fits all model. Also, it's very cost effective and easy to implement.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With it's super easy use I believe there is hardly anything to dislike, however there can be refinement in the customer support activities.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommend to any company who are looking for a good and easy to use security software to automate their activities.
