Great to use as remote access/control

What differentiates Splashtop Remote Support from other similar products?
Splashtop is fantastic for IT departments and end users who require remote access. When it comes to customer service, Splashtop has one of the greatest teams around. When it comes to remote access, both IT and end users rely on Splashtop. When Covid launched, we rolled it out to everyone whose personal computer stayed at the office. Transitioning was simple.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that it's easy to use and has never given me any trouble while trying to connect to another computer. Connecting to a remote computer might sometimes cause network troubles, but I've never had that happen while using Splashtop.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are too many options to choose from when receiving an email from Splashtop or when it comes time to renew your license. In addition, they need to increase their marketing efforts because their rivals are outperforming them in this area.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
All of the team members can access the server, where the massive files are stored, remotely using Splashtop. We keep them on the server for a while before uploading them to the cloud. The files have to be double-checked before they can be uploaded. Since we're all doing our jobs from home, it's crucial that we have access to the server.

What differentiates Splashtop Remote Support from other similar products?
For clients who aren't in our system or home clients who don't want us watching the computer but need occasional support, I can have them use the quick SOS setup in a web browser.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When time is of the essence, it is simple to get things rolling. Even when internet connectivity is intermittent, the app maintains a connection reliably.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Splashtop Business seems a tad stale to me. Most remote monitoring and management (RMM) programs today offer a plethora of client-side features and utilities.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Allows me to quickly and simply connect to other computers for routine system upkeep and upgrades. It's easy to start a remote session, and I have the option to wake computers and designate certain users to provide assistance.
