What differentiates Spiff from other similar products?
With Spiff, I have established a trustworthy environment. I'm thankful it has been installed at Lucid; it's never been easier to keep track of where we are financially and collaborate with our managers to set and accomplish ambitious targets.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Spiff does a great job at making our pay structures clear. Our sales agents like the clear explanations of their remuneration that come with both summary and transactional views of their deals. With the Spiff app, we were able to integrate all of our various sales compensation programs, allowing customers to toggle between them as needed. Because of this, monitoring what happens when members of a team are promoted to other teams is straightforward. Spiff also enables seamless interaction with the company's Salesforce instance, so sales representatives may view projected commissions on deals in progress.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Spiff's reports can be improved in terms of the level of detail one can glean from "ready-to-use" reports. Spiff includes a number of report generation options that are built right into the tool, however the full functionality of these reports required assistance from Spiff's CSM team. The CSM helped us create customized reports that included all the information we need. We've also worked with the implementation team to address some of the tool's limitations (license placement, administrative/team reports, etc.). Spiff's team did a fantastic job of relaying our feedback and answering our questions about the product's roadmap and features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Spiff has helped my organization be more open about how employees are paid. When I review my stats, Spiff makes it simple to collaborate with my Finance department to verify that my commissions have been calculated correctly.

Help our reps monitor their progress towards quota and earnings in commissions with detailed statements and proactive notifications on Slack, Teams and email.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Access to years of proprietary pay and performance data to better help companies create the most impactful compensation plans for their teams.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Motivate sales, shape behavior, and increase revenue with Spiff. Increase the effectiveness of sales teams with strategic incentive compensation management.
