For free software, it's EXCELLENT!

What differentiates Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk from other similar products?
It's free yet provides so many features with very few limitations of any consequence.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is very difficult to beat the free price.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The ticket search function is limited to the ticket title and summary. It has improved the effectiveness of that search but it is still an annoyance.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure that you are willing to go through the setup process relatively on your own. It's free software so the extent of the service is limited. It will not be set up for you for free.
