What differentiates Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk from other similar products?
It's free. It links up with the IT community with tons of friendly vendors. The vendors sometimes even link us up (even expediate in some cases) with the correct support team in their company.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use. Zero training required. The simplicity of the whole product as a whole, is awesome. The knowledge based we create can be selected to be shared within the team, or with anyone on internet.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The inventory section could have an easier way to group the devices. Lacking software license management.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If u need a simple, and fast to roll-out helpdesk solution + inventory + contract + knowledge based + connectivity monitoring, sign up, and u are ready to roll. No pain, out of the box, ready to use, modern interface. No training required. Tons of help.
