What differentiates Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk from other similar products?
It's simplicity and it's cost is very affordable and make it different from others.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love that you can easily be switched from an unassigned ticket to your ticket and query and create a report quickly. I also love the Spiceworks community and available free webinars.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There's no way to format text to call attention to specific things within a response. The ability to highlight, bold, or underline text would help make responses more clear.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend to everyone who want to make their lives easier they should use spiceworks

This help desk based on the cloud really change the way we work before because my team and I struggled to achieve our targets due to due diligence and internal issue but this software works really well and resolves all our issues.

Quick resolution of all queries generated by our customers even they also help us to build faq for our business.
