What differentiates Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk from other similar products?
Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk has been our main supportive tool in monitoring our events and servicing our IT tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It effectively monitors all events in our company that ensures there is smooth running of workflows. It gives my department an opportunity to monitor the delivery of materials and the cost incurred.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This platform has always performed the best in ensuring our documents are safe and the systems runs effectively.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In consideration of the most powerful document and IT program management I totally recommend Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk.

Spiceworks Cloud HelpDesk Is a Must For IT Service

What differentiates Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk from other similar products?
Spiceworks is free! It is easy to implement and they are not going to spend an hour trying to sell you on the product and sell you add-ons and service time, contracts, etc. It just works and it works well for any sized team.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is of course the price. However we really do like the simple operation and how users can either go to the portal or just send an email to the email address we created for helpdesk submissions. We love how easy it is for us to manage these tickets just through email if we would like. From accepting or assigning the ticket, to resolving and closing it...it can all be done through email if needed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is not much to dislike about a free product that works well and does exactly what you need it to do. I guess I dislike that we did not begin using it earlier than we did.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you do not currently have a HelpDesk solution, then dont even think....just get it and try it out. Spiceworks HelpDesk is the best of the best for small, medium or even larger companys who need an easy to manage system to resolve issues quickly and be able to report on the tickets for internal KPI.
