What differentiates Spendesk Platform from other similar products?

Spendesk is a platform highly valued by everyone as it has allowed us to change the management of budgets, expenses and special items. It helps us to keep track of expenses in real time and avoid overspending. It allows us to make decisions based on updated data.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like it because it helps to control the hundreds of employees who use corporate cards for work or travel expenses. I like it because it allows to issue cards for special expenses and to have a detail of each transfer made with those cards. It has a clear, well designed and intuitive interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I dislike about this platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is easy to implement and offers a demo to try before you buy.

What differentiates Spendesk Platform from other similar products?

It is an excellent platform that allows us to permanently monitor everything related to budget expenses, allowing us to see what transactions are made by each employee. It helps us to detect undue expenses and to allocate budget items after their approval.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like it because it has a clear and intuitive interface. It allows you to issue virtual cards to give to employees who manage private client accounts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I dislike about Spendesk.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The support team knows your product very well and is very helpful during implementation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like it because it allows us to track and detect irresponsible spending by some employees. It allows us to generate invoices, receive payments and reimbursements, set up a consistent budget and approve it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I dislike about this platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a useful platform that allows us to better manage the company's budget and save a lot of money.
