Best expense tool ever

What differentiates Spendesk Platform from other similar products?

It's simplicity. As an end user who has monthly expenses to run and upload each month, the time is takes me to complete this process is far quicker than previous providers I have used.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The upload receipt functionality, it saves me from having to manually input the date, amount, merchant and other information as Spendesk automatically detects all this info for me.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I dislike about it. As an end user, it's incredibly easy to use and doesn't everything you need it to.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I was not involved in implementation so not sure how easy the setup was, or how pricey it is, but taking those aspects out, I would recommend Spendesk to anyone.

My favorite aspect of Spendesk is its real-time spend visibility. It gives finance teams instant access to company spending data, allowing them to track budgets, control expenses, and make informed decisions with full transparency

What do you dislike most about this product?

One downside of Spendesk is its limited reporting customization. While it offers useful insights, the ability to tailor reports to specific needs or preferences can be somewhat restrictive, which may limit deeper analysis for some businesses

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you’re considering Spendesk, ensure it fits your needs, use the pre-approval system to control expenses, integrate it with your accounting software, explore the reporting capabilities, and train your team to maximize its potential
