What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Spark Hire is a very useful tool that serves to considerably improve the candidate selection process. By facilitating live and scheduled video interviews at any time and from any location, Spark Hire enables our HR team to interview candidates from around the world more efficiently and effectively. In addition, the integration of Spark Hire and Greenhouse Recruiting enables centralized administration of the selection process and enhanced candidate evaluation collaboration. So that we can make more informed and effective recruiting decisions, which is crucial in a field as competitive as video games.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What differentiates Spark Hire from other similar products?

That it will let you re-record yourself and that it has instructions on how you can set it up. You can even request to customize the account that you have accordingly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I remember suggesting something to the support team and they have responded to my request, that action they made after giving feedback truly made the team that we can rely on them! Awesome experience!

What do you dislike most about this product?

None that I could think of, so far.

This is such a very good product to use if you would like to save time in interviewing and getting to know your candidates a little bit more.
