What is your favorite aspect of this product?

machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to continually improve its ability to detect and block emerging threats. It includes a number of features to protect against phishing attacks, such as URL analysis, image analysis, and email impersonation detection, is an affordable email spam filtering solution, especially when compared to on-premises solutions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Support Response Time, customer support is not as responsive as it should compatibility issues with certain email clients or other software applications, requiring adjustments to configurations. SpamTitan may not provide complete protection against zero-day threats

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take advantage of SpamTitan's pre-configured spam filtering rules and templates. Use SpamTitan's wizard-based configuration tools to simplify the configuration process. What differentiates SpamTitan from other similar products?

Support is always fast to resolve issues. When this product is down it impacts all of my customers and my company. We have experienced one issue in 3+ years. That issue was resolved in under 30 minutes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customer ability to manage their emails.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No mobile app to manage email.
