What differentiates SpamTitan from other similar products?

The main advantage of this is its ease of use and time-saving capabilities. We're providing training to other support workers to ensure they can utilize it efficiently.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use and track blocked emails easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The key feature of this version is that once an email is added to the blocked list, we're unable to release it even if the user requests it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this for stopping phishing attacks and emails typically sent by hackers. It helps to reduce the chances of hacking.

What differentiates SpamTitan from other similar products?

The software has a good user interface compared to other tools, you can easily detect where you email had been sent and in which folder at the same cost.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the user interface of the tool. Works well and does not cost a lot of money

What do you dislike most about this product?

Support team is too limited and would like to see the live chat so that it is easy to contact support team

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend the software to anyone willing to have control of email tracking and spam filtering
