What differentiates SpamTitan from other similar products?

Nothing Really but administration of spam Titan is quite easy to use than the rest in the market. Spam Titan offers same functionality as most of the other SEGs I have made use of such as Trendmicro etc however the pricing is negotiable. Thanks to a great customer support team!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

End to End Adminstration of Spam Titan. UI is quite intuitive and straightforward. Complexity of administration is very minimal

What do you dislike most about this product?

The phishing capabilities needs to improve. We still received a lot phishing mails while using spam Titan

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The product is good to use however there's a lot more improvement that needs to the done on its phishing detection capabilities.

What differentiates SpamTitan from other similar products?

Ease of use and lack of noticable problems. Most of the time I forget it's there.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Daily emails showing you a list of all the spam emails allowing easy release of good messages and deletion of the rest

What do you dislike most about this product?

When allowing a email address it doesn't use the Mail-From email address. Instead it uses the bounce123456...@vendor.com address which makes whitelisting useless in almost all emails that get flagged as spam

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Basic stuff. Find a way to bring it online, but not have it immediately handling email. A utility called mailsend (free) can help a lot in testing and thus make your installation seamless.

What differentiates SpamTitan from other similar products?

The main advantage of this is its ease of use and time-saving capabilities. We're providing training to other support workers to ensure they can utilize it efficiently.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use and track blocked emails easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The key feature of this version is that once an email is added to the blocked list, we're unable to release it even if the user requests it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this for stopping phishing attacks and emails typically sent by hackers. It helps to reduce the chances of hacking.
