What differentiates Sophos Managed Detection and Response from other similar products?

It was implemented across the network, proactively protecting the company against malware, hackers, suspicious files and behavior, and unauthorized software. It simplified network security for the company's IT team, giving them more control, proactive protection and compliance capabilities we were looking for

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Sophos web appliance ensures safe web browsing for employees while effectively monitoring and reporting on end-user activity. At-a-glance dashboards and the automation of day-to-day management tasks have saved costs and allowed us to focus on other critical areas

What do you dislike most about this product?

More flexibility on enforcement of extensive user or group-based policy, delegated administration and spam quarantine functionality

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The best solution to ensure your company is proactively protecting its network and its customer information from increasingly numerous, rapidly evolving security threats. This enables you to be proactive in confronting issues, which in turn will increase end-user confidence in your abilities
