What differentiates Sophos Endpoint from other similar products?

At the time it was implemented, it was the cross-platform capability that other software houses didn't offer. since then other solutions appeared but Sophos continues to work (i.e. Protect).

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to protect multiple platforms.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I've got nothing to add at the moment but previous versiosn had some problems: clients didn't communicate well with the management console. But now , that doesn't happen anymore.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a good cross-platform solution. I don't detect a big usage of resources by the client and I seldom have infection cases. Those I had were quickly remedied.

What differentiates Sophos Endpoint from other similar products?

Strong ransomware protection, good customer support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ransomware protection. It was what was concerning me and made me nervous about the security of our endpoints.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The central management console lacks productivity features. Also, the software is extremely chatty. Unsure why I receive as many email notifications concerning statuses of endpoints for absolutely no reason.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ask someone who is currently using Sophos and ask how satisfied they are with the amount of notifications they receive from endpoints.
